A Generation Responding to the Call of God
PU RISING is a spiritual movement within Prayer Union calling believers to a deeper life of prevailing prayer and mission.
We believe God is awakening people across generations to return to the altar, take their place on the wall, seek His purposes and go into the harvest.
PU RISING is not simply another program.
It is a call to spiritual awakening and obedient action.
WHAT PU RISING IS
PU RISING is a community of believers who are responding to God’s call to:
Return to the altar.
Rise in faith.
Pray with perseverance.
Prevail in intercession.
Receive equipping.
Go into the harvest.
It is a movement that brings prayer and mission together.
We believe that those who truly encounter God are sent by God.
The prayer room and the mission field therefore belong together.
WHY IT EXISTS
PU RISING exists because the Church needs a generation that will not remain spiritually passive.
We want to see believers awakened to the presence of God, grounded in Scripture, strengthened through prayer, equipped for ministry and mobilized for mission.
Our desire is to see prayer become a lifestyle and mission become a natural expression of a life surrendered to Christ.
We are therefore committed to raising believers who pray deeply, live faithfully and go boldly.
RISING IS A SPIRITUAL RESPONSE, NOT AN AGE CATEGORY
RISING is not determined by your birth year.
It is determined by your response to God.
A child can rise.
A young person can rise.
A parent can rise.
A pastor can rise.
A missionary can rise.
A senior believer can rise.
Anyone who hears God’s call and responds in faith can be part of the RISING generation.
Rising is a spiritual response, not an age category.
FROM THE ALTAR TO THE NATIONS
The journey of PU RISING begins at the altar.
We return to God’s presence.
We learn to listen.
We receive His burden.
We take our place on the wall.
We prevail in prayer.
Then we go into the harvest.
Our vision is therefore expressed in one movement:

Prayer leads to mission.
Mission drives us back to prayer.
Together they form a lifestyle of obedience to Christ.
